mindful mechanics®

There is joy to be found in the art of fixing your bike as well as the freedom that is gained from having those skills.

My teaching focuses on compassion and kindness. We all learn in different ways: if you don’t understand something, it’s my job (and pleasure) to adapt how I teach until you do understand it.

Whether you want to immerse yourself in Mindful Mechanics® with a day or multi-day package or simply learn individual skills and build them over time, I can’t wait to teach you.

Teaching available for all bike disciplines including: MTB, Gravel, Road, Hybrid, Kids, Adventure.

I teach one or two people at a time - see below for more information on pricing.
